About the site

Welcome!

I created this site to answer the purpose of having an own IT blog. Of course not aimless. I would like share my knowledge and experience on IT, to contribute to open source softwares, to create a place on the world wide web for my own project and ideas, to share my point of view on related topics, and finally to learn from the opinion of other people.

I will try to keep this site clean and focused on these. Every related comment or post is welcome, feel free to contribute to the site.

Of course there are exceptions: neither I'm nor this site is interested in politics, spam, sport, religion or general problems of living (of kind we have to deal with ourselves).

As I mentioned earlier, I'm not a native English speaker. Please comment my mistakes, so I can correct them and learn from them.

To avoid any kind of misconception or legal controversy, please read the page terms of use.

About me

Who I am? I don't think it is so important who I am exactly, moreover this question could be even irrelevant. Never mind...

But few things of course are worth mentioning. I don't want you, my dear reader, think that I'm a faceless badguy. :)

I'm a young IT student, actually I live, work and study in Hungary. I focus my studies on computer programming theory (not excluding practice, of course), networking and software engineering in general. I don't have a favorite programming language, because i guess power and beauty of code doesn't arise from language, but from the capability of human imagination to create something substantial from something abstract. Programming means for me to create and arrange a micro-universe in a particular way with the intent to use the result either for solving a problem from the analog part of my life or just make something in my life easier. It feels like being god. My affiliation for computer networks comes from the fact that most of the entities surrounding us are indeed interconnected to a whole, and often this network like behavior of things holds more than just the union of it's parts. And computer networks are interconnecting the same way our lives, like fibers interconnect nerve-cells in our nervous system. Computer science teaches me more about man, than anything else. I don't want to say, that I'm just a non-deterministic Turing machine, but i shouldn't wonder if it would be true.

I would like to note, that I'm not a native English speaker. I apologize ahead for my mistakes and typos. Please feel free to comment such flaws.

One last personal remark: My favorite multimedia experience is watching the episodes from the Ghost int the Shell universe, I suggest everyone to take time to experience it too.
